Soya chunks Pulav
- Soya chunks boiled -1 cup
- Rice - 2cups
- Carrot -1cup
- French beans - 1cup
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Cloves - 3
- Green chillies - 2
- Onion - 1 (large)
- Oil - 2tsp
- Salt to taste
- Butter/ghee - 1tsp
- Curry leaves - few
- Coriander leaves - 1tsp
Method:
- Boil rice in water separately.
- Heat oil in pan, add cloves,curry leaves,chopped green chilli,beans ,peas and onion.Fry till the vegetables are soft.
- Add boiled soya chunks and salt .Cover the pan and cook for another 10 min.
- To this add rice and ghee and mix properly.
- Garnish with coriander leaves at the end.
